When creating your recurring payment links you will see the option to click on "Billing" above where you enter the payment link name.
1. Payment plans
This is a very popular feature for many of our users- by entering the number of payments to occur you are in essence allowing a set amount to be automatically charges over a period of time and then stop. As you can see below I have entered 10 where it asks "cancel subscrition after"
The result is as follows if the payment link is sent to a customer. They will see that the amount will cancel automatically after 10 payments.
2. Minimum Payments
This allows the minimum amount of payments to occur before it can be cancelled. I have entered 7 as you can see below.
It will then look like below when sent to a customer. Please note that it will say minimum term on the payment form and we will also hide the cancellation button on the customer portal. However- Customers may still contact you directly to request cancellation or cancel at their own bank, we are unable to control this.
3. Free Trial period
You are able to enter the number of days to wait until the customer is charged for the first time.
